HEALTH MANAGEMENT





All employees have a detailed “Health Check”. Basic parameters such as cholesterol, diabetes, and liver function tests are assessed. These scans aim to determine both the past and the present disease risks. The vital symptoms (blood pressure, pulse, height, weight, body mass index, etc.) of the employees, data about their past and family history, physical and emotional conditions, and their daily habitual activities are examined by the “Health Survey”. All scans and survey results are evaluated, and healthy and risky groups are determined. Within the scope of the data acquired, individual reports for each employee and general reports for the company are prepared. Groups with health risks are taken into special follow-up and training programs.
