If the condition of the patient does not require an emergency ambulance service, the home care physician goes to the patient’s house in at most two hours together with all the necessary equipment considered important for the case in accordance with the information given on the phone.

The appropriate medical treatment is initiated at the patient’s home and when necessary, contact is established with the patient’s primary physician or more detailed information is given to the consulting physicians.
